Tenso sent me an email they found my CD. They said the package had the wrong Tenso ID so they didn’t know who it belonged to.
First, I’ve never experienced any problems ordering from Japan until now. I ordered a new CD from Amazon Japan last month and had it shipped to my Tenso address. Amazon sent it with a tracking number and it was supposedly delivered to Tenso except Tenso said they never received it.
This made for a frustrating shopping experience. I knew one of the CDs was missing but I didn’t know which one. I never found out until I opened up the box. I thought the missing CD was one sent without tracking but I was wrong. I felt embarrassed too because I asked the merchant where the CD was and even gave them a bad Amazon rating.
I sent an email to Tenso asking what happened to my CD. They said they will look for it but I’m not too hopeful.

I didn’t realized my CD was a Korean import until it arrived. Not that it matters as long as it’s not bootleg. The obi strip says “PONYCANYON KOREA.” The tracks are exactly the same. Inside there’s a sticker of the front cover art. iTunes Japan also has Kiki’s OST except it’s missing the last two tracks.
I replaced my 50″ Pioneer Elite plasma with an 80″ Sharp AQUOS LED. I like the picture better on the plasma–The picture was clear and bright at any angle. You have to be sitting directly in front of the LED to see clearly. Also, the Sharp’s color seems unnatural. It takes some getting used to. The Sharp is perfect for anime though. It’s nice watching Crunchyroll on a tv this big at 1080i. I’m using a Mac Mini. You might see it below the screen.
I love the fact I can watch Crunchyroll during my break at work. I’m not limited to watching on my phone either. I hook my Droid Razr to the TV using a HDMI to HDMI micro cable.
Sword of the Stranger is one of the few anime I’ve seen at the theater. I’ve also seen Ghost In The Shell (1995) and Cowboy Bebop (2001).
