First, I’ve never experienced any problems ordering from Japan until now. I ordered a new CD from Amazon Japan last month and had it shipped to my Tenso address. Amazon sent it with a tracking number and it was supposedly delivered to Tenso except Tenso said they never received it.
This made for a frustrating shopping experience. I knew one of the CDs was missing but I didn’t know which one. I never found out until I opened up the box. I thought the missing CD was one sent without tracking but I was wrong. I felt embarrassed too because I asked the merchant where the CD was and even gave them a bad Amazon rating.
I sent an email to Tenso asking what happened to my CD. They said they will look for it but I’m not too hopeful.
